  Barbecue Spice Rub  
  Rubs are a great time saving way to season meat for the barbecue. All you have to do is rub the spice mix into the meat a short time before cooking. This dry spice rubs are great because you can make them up and store for several months in a cool, dark place. You can also convert rubs into a marinade with a little olive oil and/or wine.
