1 cup Canned Tomatoes About 1 1/3 cups cut-up fresh tomatoes, simmered 10 min
1 cup Dark Corn Syrup 3/4 cup Light Corn Syrup plus 1/4 cup Molasses OR 1 cup Light Corn Syrup plus 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 cup Molasses 1 cup Honey plus 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 oz. square Unsweetened Chocolate 3 tablespoon Cocoa plus 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil or Shortening
1 cup Semisweet chips 6 oz semisweet baking chocolate, chopped
1 cup Self Rising Flour 1 cup all-purpose flour plus 1 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup Red Wine 1 cup apple cider OR beef broth
1 cup White Wine 1 cup apple juice, apple cider OR chicken broth
