You may think this is nuts but if you like cinnamon cook the bacon as suggested but instead spinkle with cinnamon instead of brown suger. Also, instead of brown sugar, maple syrup, applied with a brush, is also a great and new flavor sensation! Let me know if you like it but please - TRY IT!

Hi Virginia,

Sorry it has taken me weeks to respond, but I just haven't been spending much time on line lately.

My original post is under "tips"...cooking bacon. But I'll repost here too.

Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
Place a wire cooling rack on the middle of the baking sheet.
Spritz the rack with a little cooking spray.
Lay the bacon on the rack and sprinkle each piece with a bit of brown sugar.
Bake at 400 until brown and crispy.
Really yummy...hope you enjoy it.

I found where someone said how wonderful the bacon with brown sugar but I can not find what you said.
